Updates from the last quarter:
Here are a few things to recap the first few months of 2024. The safety/security meeting was a terrific learning opportunity with local law enforcement represented along with state representatives and gave attending residents things to think about when protecting one’s home and vehicles. Nikki Wilder has been heading up a neighborhood watch group. Reach out to her at  if interested in joining. Our beautiful waterfall at the main entrance is now fully operational and the lighting has been completed. The pond fountain has been replaced with the proper size motor to aerate the pond and white lights have been added for night viewing. The Easter egg hunt was a great success. Thanks to all who helped out!

Updates in the quarter to come:

Anyone needing pool cards should complete the form at https://littlespringfarmhoa.com/ and mail it to:

Elgin at Mulloy Properties, Little Spring Farm CA

If you have any questions, please email Elgin at

The pool will open May 25th for the season! Hours are 10am-9pm every day. For those with small children, we are hopeful to have the baby pool fountain fixed and running this summer. We would like to invite anyone interested in life guarding this summer at our pool to contact Kentuckiana Pool Management about training. Information for that is on their website (www.kentuckiana-pmg.com/lifeguard-jobs).

The landscaping at the waterfall and at the clubhouse will be completed soon. Be on the watch for the new look! Also note, the irrigation system has been activated and will start running May 1st.

For those wanting to hit the sand, new sand will be added to the volleyball courts soon. For your convenience, volleyballs have been placed in the plastic bin for anyone to use. Please return these balls when finished using them. If you do borrow one of the neighborhood volleyballs, it is your responsibility to get them out of the pond (or the sink hole).

Did you know that fishing is allowed at our neighborhood pond? If you are fishing at the pond, please do stay off the rocks and remember to take your trash with you.

Are you interested in renting out the clubhouse for a wedding, graduation, or other gathering? You can! Club house rentals must go through the website for booking and details (https://littlespringfarmhoa.com/clubhouse-rentals/). Please note, you need to be registered on our website to access this link.

Dumpster update: the dumpster at the Club house is unavailable due to Rumpke changing their dump date and the upcoming pool season. Residents will need to use their own trash and waste removal services; reach out to that company to find what options are best for you.

A friendly reminder per Little Spring Farms covenants:

It is our responsibility to maintain our lawns and landscaping along the front of our homes. All houses built in our neighborhood had bushes, plants, trees, and ect. in front of our houses. Each house had fully sodded front yards. As a good and responsible neighbor, we should all keep our yards cut and weed free. Again, this is a friendly reminder. We will soon start walking the neighborhood to ensure that all homes have landscaping in front of our homes and that yards are being maintained. Also, mailboxes are to remain the same type that the developer put in and they must have white letters/numbers. The name and number inside the mailbox was Duggins’s 502-966-5774 if anyone needs replacement or numbers. We want to keep our neighborhood a beautiful place and our home values up.

Did you know our neighborhood has a Summer pool party? Info will be communicated once all details are final; know that it is family friendly and a great night for all.

Do you have something you’d like to bring to your HOA Boards attention? The first 15 minutes of each monthly board meeting is open to the community to share insights, ideas, and opportunities. Take a look at the HOA website to see when the next meeting is. Do you have an interest in helping our community? If so, please reach out to us so we can find a committee for you!

Let’s have a great spring and start to summer!!
