Neighborhood Safety Meeting – 3.4.2024

The HOA is very aware of the recent thefts in the neighborhood and shares in your concern. The board has been working diligently to provide information to residents from officials. We are pleased to announce there will be a scheduled neighborhood meeting open to all residents on March 3rd at 4:00pm at the clubhouse to address these concerns. (This is not a board meeting)

Ofc. Tonya “Rocky” Landry of the Louisville Metro Police Department 7th Division will be there to discuss effective means of deterring theft and surveillance as well as the neighborhood watch program.

Also in attendance will be Representative Kevin Bratcher.  Questions about zoning, along with what is going on with Louisville Metro can be answered.

Board member Nikki Wilder () will take the lead on working with a new neighborhood watch committee that is open to all residents. Here’s your chance to be part of the effort.

We are hopeful for a good turnout as many residents have expressed their concern about neighborhood safety. Also, please be respectful to our guests who have volunteered their time on a Sunday.

Sunday, March 3rd at 4:00pm.
