Pool Membership
Residents of Little Spring Farm are eligible to join the pool and fitness center.
Please complete the Pool Membership Application and follow the directions on the application.
Pool Hours
SUMMER HOURS:
10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Monday – Sunday)
SCHOOL DAY OPERATION
4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)
12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Saturday, Sunday, Holidays)
GUest Policy
- Eligible adult residents are required to sign in each guest and must be present with the guest while at the pool.
- Guest could be limited at any time if the pool is too crowded or there are any other issues.
Pool Rules
- HOA dues must be in good standing with no outstanding balance.
- Immediate Members of one family residing full time under one roof.
- All pool users are required to abide by ALL pool rules and regulations, as set forth by the LSFCA Board. Pool Rules and Regulations will be posted on premises and enforced by the Lifeguards.
- Failure to comply with the Pool Rules and Regulations may result in pool membership being revoked.
Note
Homeowners must be in good standing with the HOA, including being up to date on payment of the annual assessment, to be utilize the pool.
