Pool Membership

Residents of Little Spring Farm are eligible to join the pool and fitness center. Please complete the Pool Membership Application and follow the directions on the application.

Pool Hours

SUMMER HOURS:
10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Monday - Sunday)
SCHOOL DAY OPERATION
4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday)
12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (Sat., Sun., Holidays)

Want to Rent the Pool?

Little Spring Farm homeowners may rent the pool after the pool has closed to residents. Rental fee is $xxx per hour plus the cost of the lifeguards.

The pool rental does not include the use of the clubhouse. If you would like to use the clubhouse, please see clubhouse information.

  1. Login to the Residents Section.
  2. Go to the Clubhouse & Pool Rentals page, and view the information in the Pool column.
  3. Follow the instructions.

Note

Homeowners must be in good standing with the HOA, including being up to date on payment of the annual assessment, to be eligible to rent the pool. The pool cannot be rented during the Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day Holiday weekends.
