HOA Committee – Update 4.3.23

Clubhouse Manager

Mr. Forest Smallwood will be the interim clubhouse manager. Once an official board is in control they may elect to keep him on or not. Forest is NOT on Facebook.

New Mulloy Property Manager

We have a new contact for Mulloy to work any issues through. His name is Elgin Garrett. Below is his contact information.

Any requests, complaints, etc need to go to Elgin. From there they will be routed to the proper channels. Please do not contact committee members first. Some examples for Elgin:

  • Reminder to complete Architectural Modification forms for New Roofs, Decks, Landscaping, adding basketball goals or any change to the home. Please keep yards weed free and properly maintained.
  • If you have any complaints/concerns about neighbor/neighborhood issues, contact Elgin.
If there is an issue not covered in the neighborhood bylaws (golf carts for example), the laws default to city/county/state laws.
*The HOA committee is NOT in charge of enforcing/policing the neighborhood. Please contact Elgin with concerns*
